Current Applications

Today, these components are formed by different centers whose operation is different then what is inquired. The operation is sometimes under the coordination of the Extrusion companies cause the main material is Aluminium Profile, sometimes by the Die manufacturing company or by the client who is in inquiry of the component with a lot of organization effort. This in turn, pushes businesses to engage in work outside of their field of activity and grapple with difficulties. In fact, if the coordination was carried out from a single center; It would satisfy all stakeholders, there will be a fast and effective workflow, an economic and practical value will emerge. However unfortunately today, since there is no institutional formation to undertake this task, these components are formed over a chaotic environment. Our business has started to operate to undertake this task.

Main stages in the formation of a Component

Design

We present our profile design for the approval of our customers in the most appropriate way. Considering the extrusion and manufacturing conditions of the profile. After the approval of our customer, we direct it to the die manufacturing phase,

Die Manufacture

We manufacture the die, according to the approved profile drawing that comes from the design, on the most modern and sensitive benches, in accordance with the manufacturing conditions of the Extrusion Press where the profile will be extruded by using quality steel with the longest lifetime,

Extrusion

According to the actual conditions, we select the production line of the profile in the most ideal way of the extrusion press that will respond to the demand of our customers in the most effective way,

Surface treatment

(Before or after mechanical treatment. According to the condition of the component) According to the condition of the component, we apply the most suitable surface treatment such as anodizing, powder coating, polishing, brushing, etc.,

Mechanical Application

With the most modern and precision machinery; we apply milling, drilling, chamfering, cutting, plunging, slicing, pressing, tapping, etc. processes as soon as possible,

Packing

Completely, according to the customer's request, we present the processes of boxing, parcelling, packaging, palletizing, etc. by labeling them correctly, and presenting them to our customers.
